University of Toronto is one of Canada's largest universities, home to 45,000 students and 6,000 administrators.

Prescient conducted an extensive website redesign project for University of Toronto’s alumni group beginning in January 2010. The project involved several stakeholder groups with an interest in the university’s ability to provide various alumni groups with a platform for networking and to facilitate donations. The project consisted of two phases (Assessment and Planning) which ensured the resultant design met all of the university’s various business requirements:
