Sodexo is one of the largest food services and facilities management companies in the world, with 380,000 employees, representing 130 nationalities, present on 34,000 sites in 80 countries.
Beginning in 2011, Prescient conducted an extensive Assessment & Planning project, which helped Sodexo refine the structure of its current HR section of the intranet, as well as a new frontline employee intranet. Sodexo had a very high field-based user population, and Prescient developed a strategy for the new Frontline Employee Intranet, which had approximately 100,000 frontline employees.
