Prescient’s approach is to use the Key Findings from the Assessment Phase as a base for a workshop with key stakeholders to discuss and define what is required of the intranet or website. During the workshop, mission, goals, and objectives are crafted to align with the organization’s strategy and provide the intranet or website with clear direction. The workshop may be assisted with the use of a survey to either get input in advance of the workshop or to gain final consensus after the workshop.

Prescient delivers strategic plans for intranets and websites which become the guiding principles for the rest of the planning phase and keep project teams on-track in terms of what the intranet or website needs to achieve.
